Transforming futures through community partnerships, immersive education, and compassionate autism intervention.

Personal Philosophy

Rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens through connection, my work centers on transforming futures through community partnerships, immersive education, and compassionate autism intervention. As a professor, cognitive psychologist, and board-certified behavior analyst, I’m committed to bridging research and practice in autism education. At the University of Mount Union, I lead the Spectrum Education Center, where students engage directly with families and schools, gaining hands-on experience in evidence-based practices that make a real difference in the lives of individuals with autism.
